About The Position

Founded over 100 years ago, we are a mid-sized, full-service law firm with
attorneys and affiliates in seven states.

We are seeking an attorney to join the Business & Finance practice group in our
Pittsburgh office. The attorney will work closely with our shareholders in the
Business & Finance Group. The attorney will support commercial clients across
disciplines including mergers, acquisitions, real estate, estate and trusts, and
corporate finance.

The attorney will be expected to advise clients and support the shareholders in
connection with:

Requirements

• Recent (and relevant) commercial litigation experience
• PA bar

Responsibilities

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Commercial lending transactions
• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including purchasing and supply agreements, leases, NDAs and employment contracts.
• Entity formation, governance and tax considerations in connection with formation and structuring
