About The Position

ServiceNow’s Corporate Development team works closely with senior executives and business unit leaders to drive ServiceNow’s overall inorganic growth strategy. We are looking for a passionate and driven MBA intern to join our Corporate Development team for the summer! The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI, technology innovation, and the Enterprise SaaS ecosystem. As an MBA intern with the team, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the acquisition and investment lifecycle including market landscaping and sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis and valuation, and transaction execution and integration. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to get a taste of Corporate Development at a high-growth enterprise AI software company, while working on projects with executive visibility.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing an MBA and on track to graduate between December 2026 and Spring 2027
  • At least 2-3 years of experience before your MBA with an investment bank, private equity, venture capital, or a similar role at a technology company (or equivalent)
  • Ability to perform rigorous quantitative analyses, particularly financial modeling and valuation
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions
  • Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation and execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis on industry trends, adjacent spaces, and emerging companies
  • Develop financial models and valuation analyses and conduct due diligence to assess potential transactions
  • Prepare clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, finance, legal, etc.) throughout the target identification and deal execution process
