About The Position

Securitas Security USA is now hiring a Part-Time Security Officer in Portland, ME. Our ideal candidate is someone personable, energetic, compassionate, and customer service oriented. While a background in security is preferred, we also love to train, teach, and mentor individuals with little to no experience. Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• High level of professionalism
• Walking/standing for long periods of time
• Moderate - Strong computer skills needed
• MUST have GED/HighSet or HS Diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to complete all pre-hire requirements

Nice To Haves

• Background in security (preferred)
• Experience in customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist in maintaining a professional and corporate setting.
