Responsibilities

  • Support existing clients and new sales prospects within existing or untapped markets.
  • Gather market intelligence and develop proposals/campaigns to garner new business.
  • Help manage client relationships, including attracting and retaining new clients.
  • Maximize cross-sales opportunities through customer profiling.
  • Provide support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer services.
  • Ensure customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently.
  • Create presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare client presentations, including background research and analysis.
  • Support senior banker in follow-up on identified cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as main point of contact with Risk Department.
  • Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls.
  • Support product partners and monitor execution process for transactions.
  • Perform client research directed at uncovering opportunities to market bank products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business or equivalent field.
  • Corporate banking experience in the Financial Services Industry, 1-3 years.
  • Understanding of corporate finance and banking products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit.
  • Solid financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Team player and self-starter.
