We’re seeking a client-focused professional who can maintain strong customer relationships by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to match clients with appropriate banking and treasury products. This role blends maintenance and service with consultative sales, requiring the ability to meet with clients, understand their needs, and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Requires High School Diploma or GED required and a bachelors degree, preferably in a business related field .
  • Two plus years of experience in banking, sales, operations, or other related experience.
  • Working knowledge of banking operations, bank products, especially analysis and Treasury Management Products.
  • Must also have good analytical skills and both oral and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients, answer inquiries, comply with requests and resolve complaints, determine needs and sell bank deposit and treasury products and services to meet client needs. (75% maintenance 25% sales).
  • Meet with clients or prospects to discuss their needs, outline appropriate company services, and resolve problems as necessary.

  • This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000 - $93,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
