About The Position

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
