Corporate Associate - (Entry-Level)
About The Position
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global Am Law 100 law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Associate to join its Denver office’s Health Care Practice Group. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters for private equity and other financial sponsor clients, alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team. The Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from variety of industries with a particular focus in health care and other heavily regulated industries.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, portfolio companies and founder owned businesses in connection with M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters.
- Candidates should also have experience drafting governing documents, including bylaws, operating agreements and partnership agreements.
- Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting skills and must be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, and personable.
- Candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.
