About The Position

Fenwick is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting edge, internationally recognized, dynamic corporate practice with offices in Northern California, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Washington D.C.. Fenwick’s corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early start-ups to mature, publicly traded corporations. We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate with over three (3+) of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group, in any of our Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington D.C. offices. Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, as well as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow-on offerings. Also, experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are . Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience advising public companies or investment banks
