This top firm is looking for a seasoned corporate associate with 5+ years of general corporate experience. If you've handled venture financings, public offerings, SEC reporting, or corporate governance and you're ready to level up in a practice that thrives on innovation and collaboration, this could be your next move.
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate law experience, preferably in a fast -paced tech -focused environment
- Adept at managing client relationships and handling complex deals
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or Palo Alto
- Academically excellent with strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders, executives, and boards at leading tech companies
- Navigate venture capital financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance matters
- Take ownership of client relationships and deal execution
- Learn from some of the sharpest minds in the corporate tech space
Benefits
- Base salary of $365,000 to $435,000 depending on seniority
