About The Position
Are you looking to join a tenured team at an AmLaw100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Real Estate group in either its Boca Raton or Atlanta office. Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases. Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment. All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of meaningful finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders
- Strong writing, analytical, organization and communication skills
- Positive attitude, great work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the State Bar of Florida or Georgia
Nice To Haves
- Experience representing lenders in the commercial real estate space or in the secondary-market
