About The Position

Our AmLaw 100 client seeks a corporate associate with 2–5 years of public company and capital markets experience. This is a Chambers -ranked practice recognized nationally for its work in capital markets, life sciences, technology, venture capital, AI, and emerging growth companies. Role Summary Advise public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure requirements, Nasdaq/NYSE governance, and the practical, day -to -day challenges facing public issuers. Represent issuers and investment banks in transactions including IPOs, equity and debt offerings, PIPEs, and at -the -market deals. Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is a strong plus. Candidate Profile 2–5 years in public company compliance and governance Direct involvement in capital markets transactions Tech or life sciences sector experience preferred Skilled at navigating public company operational and regulatory issues Why This Role You’ll work with one of the largest public company client rosters in the country, advising on headline -making transactions, strategic acquisitions, and market -moving financings.
