About The Position

CarterWill Search is seeking a Corporate Associate to join an AmLaw firm’s Capital Markets Practice in Costa Mesa, California. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions and public company matters within a highly regarded corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience advising clients on capital markets transactions and public company representation. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and advising on securities law compliance and corporate governance. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in capital markets and public company representation
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials and analytical ability
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
