Requirements
- You are a current and in good standing member of the Virginia State Bar (or able to waive in).
- You have 4-7 years of complex corporate transactional experience, including contract review.
- Focus on M&A, financial analysis, negotiation, regulatory approval, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- You have a strong academic record and references.
- You are a smart, driven attorney seeking to learn and grow in a team environment,
- You are dedicated to excellent client service and have a passion for the practice of law.
Nice To Haves
- Some healthcare corporate experience in private practice setting is preferred but not required.
