About The Position

CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of experience for our Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate for this role must possess transactional experience that includes performing due diligence, preparing disclosure memos and schedules and drafting closing documents for M&A transactions, and drafting corporate and commercial documents, such as confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, distribution agreements and operating, partnership and shareholder agreements. Experience in general corporate matters, securities related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity and investment funds) and corporate matters relating to real estate development and joint ventures will also be considered. Excellent client skills, and admission to the NJ bar and/or NY bar are required. This position is hybrid from the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $175,000 – $195,000. Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
