About The Position

Talent Consultants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in an onsite capacity. This role is perfect for an attorney with a passion for corporate law and a desire to work closely with clients on essential business transactions. The Corporate Associate will provide legal support on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance issues. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior attorneys and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the firm's growth.

Requirements

2-3 (Only) years of corporate transactional experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Georgia Law license
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Meaningful exposure to M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.
Very strong academic credentials are required

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and contracts.
Conduct due diligence and assist with the preparation of necessary documentation.
Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Conduct legal research, provide legal opinions, and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional legal services.
Collaborate with other practice areas as needed to support cross-functional legal matters.
