The Corporate & Securities group’s practice focuses on equity capital markets transactions, SEC compliance and corporate governance for companies in a broad range of industries. Requirements

• At least 3 years of public company reporting and compliance experience.
• Experience in capital markets and/or corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Join the Corporate & Securities group focusing on equity capital markets transactions, SEC compliance, and corporate governance.
• Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
