A Corporate Alumni Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships between an organization and its former employees. This full-time position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, making it integral to fostering lasting connections with alumni. By nurturing these relationships, the Corporate Alumni Coordinator significantly contributes to the organization's ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Administering Houlihan Lokey approved strategies to keep former employees connected to the company.
  • Coordinating with the appropriate Corporate groups on communication channels such as newsletters, social media groups, and alumni portals to share company updates and opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities for alumni to contribute to company initiatives, whether through financial support, volunteering, or providing expertise.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to solicit alumni support, including volunteering, mentoring, and financial contributions.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of alumni contact information, career progression, and engagement history.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of alumni engagement efforts through metrics such as event attendance, participation rates, and alumni feedback.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries and communications.
  • Distributing regular communications, such as newsletters and email updates, to keep alumni informed about news, events, and opportunities related to the organization.
  • Working closely with departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to align Houlihan Lokey alumni relations with company objectives.
  • Facilitating introductions between alumni and current employees for mentorship or business development purposes.
  • Organizing events like reunions, networking sessions, and professional development workshops to foster alumni engagement.
  • Coordinating logistics, invitations, and follow-ups for these events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in alumni relations, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
