About The Position

The Corporate Advertising Support position at Buffalo Rock Company is a vital role within the Corporate Advertising Team, responsible for supporting the efficient operations of the warehouse. This position involves preparing and completing orders placed by franchises, maintaining inventory practices, ensuring production quality, and coordinating the transportation of materials. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with the Advertising Manager and other team members to meet departmental goals and improve processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• Prior forklift experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• DOT certifiable.
• Forklift certifiable.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of power equipment, carts, hand-trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing materials production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete jobs/orders placed by franchises on the web-based ordering system.
• Maintain good inventory practices within Corporate Advertising.
• Ensure production quality in accordance with company standards.
• Produce banners and other signage, as well as other orders for point of sale and office supplies.
• Organize the warehouse and communicate low inventory levels to the Advertising Coordinator and/or Advertising Manager.
• Transport materials to and from local printers for printing on inventory pieces.
• Coordinate bundling, loading, and handling of signage and schedule related shipping with Corporate Warehouse.
• Deliver products to nearby warehouses using Buffalo Rock vehicles.
• Assist with the preparation, installations, and completion of offsite jobs/orders placed by franchises.
• Follow up with the Manager on departmental goals and workload.
• Exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work.
• Ensure safety precautions are taken to protect employees and company property.
