Requirements

• You have some experience within the financial services sector.
• Confidence to handle tasks independently and solve problems effectively.
• A dedication to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges and opportunities.
• A desire to study towards a professional qualification, such as CGI or STEP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to administer a portfolio of clients, learning from experienced professionals and building strong client relationships.
• Assist with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments, and other administrative duties, ensuring timely submission of statutory returns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities, suggest innovative ideas to improve efficiency, and develop expertise in technical matters.
• Engage openly and honestly with clients, supported by your team, to deliver exceptional service.
