At Quality Equipment, there are opportunities to grow and advance in your career. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Corporate Admin to join us in our Fuquay-Varina store. PURPOSE: This position will serve as the support to the officers and corporate accounting staff of Quality Equipment, LLC. This position will work with corporate-related functions relating to accounting tasks, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Associates degree is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written communication skills (typing skills required).
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with others.
  • Understanding of double-entry accounting principles.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work outside traditional business hours, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Corporate Management Team with Company-related issues and needs.
  • Assists the Corporate team with accounting related functions, special projects and other administrative duties.
  • Be the primary back up for our complete goods inventory receipt process both John Deere and Allied.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly account reviews as assigned by Controller, AR and AP managers.
  • Serve as the primary back up in the absence of Branch Admin staff.
  • Provide general support requested by members of the corporate team.
