About the position

We are looking for a Corporate Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will be working with sales leadership and sales representatives across Gore's business units, and the Provider Solutions Organization, and will leverage these relationships and agreements to maximize Gore's revenue growth and ASPs. You will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships and implementing agreements, programs and solutions with the Health Systems in your territory. You will be responsible for identifying the needs of assigned customers in order to create both short and long term goals for Gore that will maximize its presence within the Healthcare industry. The key to success in this role is the ability to strategically identify opportunities to sell and reinforce the value of Gore's differentiated technology and services that results in the negotiation and execution of complex agreements. This role will cover the territory of the Southeastern United States; the candidate must reside in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina or Mississippi. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina or Mississippi.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve divisional revenue growth and profitability objectives
  • Partner with the Field Sales Organization to effectively identify business opportunities, coordinate activities to realize business objectives, and align strategy and messaging between Physician and Provider customers
  • Effectively negotiate agreements that support the premium value of Gore's product offering and meet the clinical and financial needs of the customer
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned roster of accounts to ensure successful management of agreement lifecycles, customer satisfaction and volume retention
  • Provide additional services to the Supply Chain, e.g., eCommerce, inventory solutions, disease state and product education, connection to coding and coverage resources, etc.
  • Coordinate and engage the broader Provider Solutions Organization resources within key accounts in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Identify and execute business strategies that grow revenue, our brand appreciation and the customer's recognition of Gore's value
  • Develop and conduct business reviews with customers
  • Document and manage customer's progression in Gore's CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Lead, influence and work cross-functionally to execute on individual business strategies and customer needs. Ensure the best interests of both customer and Gore are being fairly and objectively represented

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in the medical device industry in a sales capacity
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of strategic selling with GPO's and/or IDN's in a corporate accounts and/ or sales leadership role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Broad understanding of business, financial systems and organizational decision-making
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation (in-person and virtual), Microsoft Office & negotiation skills
  • Excellent planning and project management capabilities
  • Build long-term strategic and senior level relationships with customers, both internal and external to drive the process of meeting customer needs
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, define key objectives, and develop strategies, action plans and the ability to lead a cross functional team to the key objectives
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, and reside in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina or Mississippi
