About The Position

Our client is looking for someone to lead their core accounting functions, focusing on strategic reporting and financial analysis. It’s a high-impact role where you’d be working directly with the leadership team to drive business strategy.

Requirements

Education: 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or specialized lease accounting software is a significant plus).
Professional Skills: A deadline-oriented mindset with a sharp eye for detail and strong general mathematical skills.
Problem Solving: The ability to independently troubleshoot discrepancies and see them through to a final resolution.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to report research results clearly across various communication platforms.

Responsibilities

Strategic Reporting: Provide financial intelligence to our client’s management team by researching and analyzing complex accounting data.
Ledger Oversight: Manage asset, liability, and capital account entries through rigorous data synthesis and account analysis.
Transaction Integrity: Document and substantiate all financial movements through proactive internal auditing and meticulous verification.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and reconcile financial inconsistencies by conducting deep-dive analysis of account information.
Advanced Analytics: Curate bespoke financial summaries and trend reports to support our client’s evolving business needs.
Operational Security: Maintain absolute confidentiality and protect our client's operations by managing sensitive data with total discretion.
