Position Summary To maintain the integrity of the financial information, books, records, and associated internal controls for Curbell, Inc., Curbell Plastics, Inc. and Curbell Medical Products, Inc. To provide accurate and timely financial information to the “customers” of finance. Essential Functions: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to shorten the time required to perform the monthly close, and to enhance the quality of information provided to the Finance Department customers. Perform month end close activities in an accurate and timely manner, including journal entries and supporting documentation, account reconciliation and analysis and financial statement generation, review, research and distribution. Perform recurring financial reporting team duties, including processing daily banking activity, maintaining fixed asset and depreciation records, preparing sales and use tax returns, assisting in the preparation of company budgets, specialized reporting as required and maintaining general ledger accounts and financial statement structures. Respond to reporting and research requests as made by Finance Department customers. Performs other duties as assigned.
