About The Position

The Corporate Accountant at Triumph Hospitality plays a crucial role in managing financial operations across the company's hotel portfolio and future development projects. This hybrid position allows for remote work while requiring regular in-person visits to hotel locations for meetings and oversight. The accountant will utilize various software tools, including Inn-Flow, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Possess a driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with all hotels in the portfolio and future construction and development projects.
  • Utilize Inn-Flow for forecasting, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and accounting.
  • Create and analyze Profit & Loss statements.
  • Create and analyze Balance Sheets.
  • Prepare monthly state, occupancy, and city tax reports and payments.
  • Perform daily deposit reconciliations.
  • Track credit card and expense reports.
  • Administer payroll processes.
  • Participate in the annual revenue and expense budget creation.
