About The Position

The Corporate Account Sales Manager at Bridgestone Golf is responsible for developing corporate sales business by fostering productive relationships with corporate sales suppliers and partners. This role involves strategic planning, sales forecasting, and implementing promotional programs to enhance Bridgestone Golf's market presence and support growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Five years of proven successful field sales experience, preferably in the golf or CPG industry.
  • Account-level and multi-tiered merchandising experience, including retail promotion and product display construction.
  • Track record of new account development and understanding of account management and growth drivers.
  • Ability to train and coach sales teams with knowledge of the golf industry and trade channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for success.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a fully accredited four-year college or university, preferably in management, marketing, or business administration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly budget planning and corporate sales forecasting for all product categories, focusing on the imprint logo ball business.
  • Establish productive relationships with new corporate account customers.
  • Position Bridgestone Golf with promotional product suppliers, incentive programs, rewards programs, and distributors.
  • Strategically plan and implement sales promotions that appeal to corporate customer needs.
  • Support pad printer and distributor partners to strengthen advocacy for the brand.
  • Maintain a consultative relationship and information flow from Bridgestone to the customer base.
  • Provide innovative recommendations on meeting sales needs and executing sales promotional programs.
  • Develop programs and products to support growth initiatives within Bridgestone Golf.
  • Establish an annual promotional calendar with each customer to keep Bridgestone Golf products top of mind during key selling periods.
  • Work to establish Bridgestone Golf with potential end users and co-branding opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and field sales to develop annual sales programs for introduction at mid-year Sales Meeting.
  • Prepare and present business development proposals to BSG Sales Management, Marketing, and BSPJ based on market conditions and trends.
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings and special events.
  • Handle special requests from the Vice President of Sales in support of sales development.
