About The Position

Job Purpose: Our Corporate Account Manager - Healthcare will be a leader in our sales organization responsible for prospecting and delivering the acquisition of new Corporate Account customers in the Healthcare / Cold Chain sector. This role manages the overall Customer Relationship Management including growing and managing sales and profit of new and existing Corporate Accounts. Corporate Account Managers work and lead cross-functionally to exceed customer expectations while delivering profitable growth. Job Responsibilities: ● Work for and closely with Corporate Accounts Leadership to set strategy, determine target Vertical opportunities, and develop overall sales goals/quotas. ● Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities, develop ideas that deliver sales results and sell the Veritiv value proposition. ● Communicate with clients and gathering information about a project’s goals, budgets, and outcomes. ● Partner with the Corporate Account Manager to close opportunities and turn over all transactional activities ensuring a smooth transition. ● Develop proposals targeted at key customer executives and other decision makers that address critical needs. ● Maintain a robust pipeline of potential Corporate Account opportunities at all points in the sales cycle. ● Participate in business reviews and other customer functions as needed. ● Consult with company legal representatives to develop contracts and agreements that protect company interests. ● Performs other related duties as needed. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications: ● 10+ years of related experience in Packaging industry. ● 5+ years outside sales- proven prospecting/value creation/selling experience in Pharma/Bio/Healthcare - selling to these end users. ● Cold Chain packaging experience, preferred. ● Strong strategic mindset and tangible examples of setting and executing strategic growth plans. ● Negotiation skills. ● Indirect leadership and strategic account planning. ● Strong business acumen & analysis. ● Growth mindset and strong drive for results. ● Ability to travel up to 25% (+/-). Salary range: $135,000-$155,000 Work Experience: ● 10-15 years of related job experience. ● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. ● Ability to work quickly and efficiently. ● Basic experience of simple office/operational systems. ● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required. ● Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised. ● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives. ● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework. ● Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred. ● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful). ● Strong planning and organization skills are required. Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience in Packaging industry.
