About The Position

The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Molina Healthcare is responsible for leading and executing the national community reinvestment strategy aimed at improving the health and well-being of disadvantaged populations. This role involves managing corporate philanthropy initiatives, partnerships, and public affairs strategies to enhance brand reputation and support business growth in alignment with Molina's mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community affairs, public affairs, or corporate philanthropy.
• Experience managing a budget and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of MolinaCares Accord grants, ensuring eligibility and appropriate tax status of proposed recipients.
• Review grant requests and coordinate with Legal and Marketing as needed.
• Oversee contract administration and establish metrics to measure value and collect outcomes reports.
• Manage third-party vendors to identify key stakeholders and public affairs strategies for market entry.
• Support strategic public affairs efforts for business development activities across the enterprise.
• Develop training and educational materials for State Chapters on the Foundation and grant requirements.
• Create presentations and talking points for external presentations and review collateral materials in coordination with the brand and design team.
• Manage and coordinate the development and execution of virtual panels for the MolinaCares Accords.
• Train community engagement and growth teams on presentation requirements regarding the Accord.
• Coordinate with health plans, business development, and External Communications on promoting Accord activities.
