About The Position

The Corporate Aviation Pilot role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of corporate executives and personnel, ensuring timely delivery of FedEx cargo and enhancing productivity. This position involves operating aircraft for corporate travel, monitoring flight conditions, and responding to emergencies, all while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent operation/industry experience in corporate aviation.
• Airline transport pilot certificate with multi-engine & instrument rating (without limitation).
• 1500 hours total fixed wing time as pilot in command (PIC) or second in command in multi-engine turboprop or jet aircraft.
• 500 hours minimum total fixed wing pilot in command in multi-engine turbo prop or jet aircraft equal to or greater than 12,500 lbs.
• Possess a FAA first class medical certificate (obtained within the preceding 12 months).
• 20/20 correctable vision.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide time-critical Corporate Aviation transport for FedEx flight crews, maintenance parts, and personnel to field locations.
• Operate and control aircraft according to trip requirements during takeoffs and landings.
• Monitor engines, fuel consumption, and other aircraft systems during flight.
• Respond to changing conditions such as weather events and emergencies, including mechanical malfunctions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
