About The Position
The Coronary Therapies Sales Trainer (Cardiology Training) develops and conducts Coronary Therapy (CT) clinical and product training for company personnel. This role involves monitoring and evaluating employee product training needs to ensure the ongoing development of employees' ability to meet customer and product technology demands. The trainer works closely with business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to plan and develop high-quality learning experiences that support business goals. This individual is responsible for the development and delivery of training content and reports to the CT Sales Training Manager.
