About The Position

The Cornerstone OnDemand Operations Manager at Fiserv leads the operations and a team of four administrators (registrars) for Fiserv's Financial Institutions Group clients using the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS. This role is pivotal in managing daily operations, including system maintenance, client communications, training configuration, event scheduling, and reporting on key LMS metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Banking, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with Cornerstone or other enterprise learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and intermediate to advanced skills in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional client experiences aligning with the department's customer experience strategy.
  • Provide first-level LMS support to clients, coordinating timely communication regarding training opportunities, and maintaining student records.
  • Oversee billing reporting and collaborate with training managers and the billing department to ensure accurate client billing.
  • Enhance Cornerstone OnDemand and registrar team operations and supervise day-to-day functions of the Registrar team.
  • Compile and create reports from the LMS system, develop learning paths for clients, and identify operational improvements to enhance client experience quality.
  • Collaborate with Fiserv University leadership to improve learning operations and align team goals with the business unit's mission.
  • Foster relationships with peers inside and outside Fiserv University to align departmental strategies and operations.
  • Manage team performance, set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and recruit, orient, and train team members.
