Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, a 2.54-mile road course located 35 minutes north of Atlanta, is recognized as one of the world's best. It hosts the 10-hour Petit Le Mans race, which concludes the IMSA schedule and is the final of four endurance races. The facility prides itself on a family-friendly atmosphere, offering a "Kids 12 & Under Are Always Free" policy. Corner Marshals are strategically stationed at various points of danger around the race track. Their core responsibilities include observing and monitoring track conditions, communicating with drivers using racing flags to warn them of track conditions, and providing assistance in the event of collisions, accidents, or other track-related issues. This role is designated as a safety-sensitive position and requires participation in the Substance Abuse Program (SAP).
