About The Position

Belstra Milling Co., a family-owned agricultural business in DeMotte, IN, is seeking a part-time Corn
Receiving Associate to join our team. Belstra thrives on making quality feed for livestock producers of all

Requirements

• Utilize corn receiving program
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Active listening abilities
• Exceptional time management skills and self motivation
• Attention to detail
• Clear communication skills
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• General New Hire Safety Training
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in agriculture or commodities a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate the corn dump from 8am - 3pm on Monday/Tuesday, occasionally until 4pm
• Scale, sample and unload inbound trucks
• Corn mycotoxin testing
• Corn quality testing
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate with farmers and company employees
• Open and close the corn dump
• Assist in other areas around the mill as needed
