About The Position

If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Corn Chip Utility Associate position on the Week Nights Shift at our Kindig Lane Hanover, PA facility. This position works Monday to Thursday, 5:30PM-5:30AM. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the production of our delicious corn chips. From assisting with mixing and movement of ingredients to performing quality checks and keeping accurate records, your work will directly contribute to delivering the great-tasting snacks our consumers love. You'll also play a key role in keeping the production floor safe, clean, and running smoothly—all while being part of a supportive team that values collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the corn mixing station and movement of flour in the production area
• Safely operate a tow motor and battery-operated hand jack
• Train to provide backup support for the sheeter and fryer operators as needed
• Perform quality checks on baked chips to ensure they meet established standards
• Maintain accurate and legible records, both manually and electronically
• Use Redzone Software for recording production and food safety requirements
• Participate in sanitation activities, including equipment cleaning with mild chemicals, spray cleaners, compressed air tools, and hand-wiping cloths
• Follow all safety rules, report unsafe practices, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Routinely bend, lift, and carry 50-80 lbs.
• Work proactively as part of a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
