The Opportunity We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for Core Diagnostics IT Manufacturing. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to align IT solutions with manufacturing strategies, ensuring successful delivery of programs and applications across U.S. manufacturing sites. This position plays a critical role in shaping investment roadmaps and driving innovation that supports organizational goals. What You’ll Work On Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to understand strategy and translate needs into IT opportunities. Develop and maintain investment roadmaps aligned with manufacturing and business strategies. Collaborate with BTS Delivery teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions within budget, timeline, and service levels. Review Statements of Work to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs. Manage IT budgets, project capital/RCE expenditures, and ROI while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead and develop teams, including resource planning and vendor management. Champion change and innovation, fostering creativity and openness to new ideas. Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
