About The Position
The Core Operations Associate II is adept at utilizing a variety of core systems to perform routine daily tasks including quality assurance reviews, statement validation, incentive reviews and document archival and destruction. This position facilitates with communicating review exceptions, review notifications and archiving solutions for all internal partners including the primary areas of Retail, Payment Services, Mortgage, Regulatory Deposit Services & Reporting, BSA and Consumer Lending. The ideal candidate has a 'can-do' attitude, brings a sense of ownership, commitment, and service to the role.
