About The Position
The Core Measure Abstractor is accountable for the collection and data entry of detailed clinical information obtained from medical records in accordance with established guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Completion of college or vocational level anatomy and physiology courses required
- 1 year of medical record, healthcare support, or related experience required
- All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis CA
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with patient charts and EHR systems preferred
