The R. Randall Rollins Center for Medical Education at Beebe Healthcare is seeking Core Faculty Members for it’s Family Medicine Residency to assist the Program Director in the development, design, implementation, education and supervision of the new program. Effective July 2026 we will be a 6-6-6 program with continued accreditation status with the ACGME. Core Faculty will join an innovative family medicine residency program, working in collaboration with the Program Director (PD) and other faculty members. You will be part of creating and shaping the future of the family medicine residency program. Under the direction of the PD for the Family Medicine Residency Program, core faculty members serve as clinical leaders and resident physician mentors; assuring the delivery of high-quality education and patient care as part of a robust accredited residency program. Core Faculty members dedicate time to residency education, ensuring that all ACGME requirements are met, while providing excellent clinical care. Core faculty will split their time between administrative and clinical responsibilities, including the supervision of residents. This split is 60% clinical and 40% administrative. Core faculty members must practice full spectrum family medicine including pediatrics, women's health, and inpatient.
