LifeLong Medical Care is seeking a Core Faculty member specializing in Reproductive Health to join the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Teaching Health Center in Richmond, the William Jenkins Health Center. This accredited program leader will collaborate with the program team to develop a robust outpatient-focused residency program, aiming to prepare a diverse group of residents to care for complex patients in urban community health center settings. Under the guidance of the Program Director, the core faculty member will act as a clinical leader and resident mentor, ensuring high-quality teaching and patient care for the underserved safety-net population. Core Faculty members will dedicate 40% of their time to residency training and provide full-scope primary care in the faculty/residency clinic for the remaining 60%. They will receive ongoing training on various topics, including ACGME policies, resident evaluation, core competencies, faculty development, and scholarly activity. LifeLong Medical Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Northern California with over 45 years of service, serving over 66,000 patients across more than 15 primary care sites in the East Bay Area.
