About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician and Residency Core Faculty to join our outstanding Family Medicine care program. The primary location for this position is the Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Santa Fe, located at 1402 W Avenue H, Temple, TX 76504. The role includes an inpatient rotation of 6 weeks per year at BSW Temple Memorial Hospital. This is a full-time position with a 1.0 FTE, where the Core Faculty role accounts for 0.6 FTE and the clinic role accounts for 0.40 FTE.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine.
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
• Currently board certified in Family Medicine or actively pursuing board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Family Medicine setting.
• Participate in the education and training of residents in the Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and maintain board certification.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
