Requirements

Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
Must pay attention to details. This position requires dexterity and fine motor skills in catching material flaws.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (add, subtract, and divide).
Must be able to independently seek assistance from supervision and/or other departments in order to perform given tasks.
Must be able to stand 8-10 hour days.
Lifting up to 25 pounds infrequently.
High school diploma or GED; or prior assembly experience.
Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. This includes at a customer or supplier location.
Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas when you are in those areas including safety shoes and safety glasses.

Responsibilities

Needs to understand the HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and how they are related to this position.
Must read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and drawings.
Perform visual inspection on components. Scrap non-conforming material.
Be able to build cores per BOM and prints.
Be able to operate a turbulator saw.
Inspect parts for damage and use SAP transactions.
Be able to complete task in a timely manner.
Reports to a Lead or supervisor.
