The COR Clean Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of cleaning employees to ensure safe and effective operations within the aviation environment. This role involves overseeing the cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, which includes the cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories. The supervisor plays a crucial role in preparing the cabin for customer boarding and departure, ensuring that all areas are meticulously cleaned, including seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories. Attention to detail is paramount, as the cleaning must be thorough to ensure that all surfaces are free of dirt, debris, marks, and fingerprints. In addition to cleaning responsibilities, the supervisor assists ramp agents once cabin cleaning is complete and performs Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks in the ramp area between flights. They are also responsible for marshaling aircraft during arrivals and departures, ensuring that necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights. The supervisor must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage routing tags. Other related duties may be assigned as needed, within the skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
