About The Position

At Meyocks, we believe real-world experience in this industry should be more than just proofreading and fetching coffee. That's why we don't offer internships. We offer mentorships. And our mentorships are for those who are just as serious about this industry as they are about making an impact in it. We're currently looking for a copywriting intern to join our team this summer. Copywriting interns work side by side with our creative team to bring big ideas to life. You'll write for real clients, real campaigns, and real audiences - whether that's a headline that stops a scroll, a script that makes people feel something, or social copy that sparks engagement. Projects may include, but are not limited to, advertising campaigns, brand messaging, website content, email marketing, and social media. Requirements

• Majoring in advertising, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
• A portfolio of work you're proud to share.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
• Open to remote, in-office or hybrid working environments.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the creative team to develop copy for various projects.
• Write for real clients and campaigns.
• Create engaging headlines, scripts, and social media copy.
• Contribute to advertising campaigns, brand messaging, website content, email marketing, and social media.
