About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter to help us change the way the world works, with anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. Here, you’ll create compelling, high-impact content for our Parallels brand across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll produce engaging content for digital campaigns, websites, blogs, emails, and thought leadership while collaborating with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts. You’ll help translate complex topics into clear, persuasive messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of copywriting or content marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or fast-paced marketing environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both long-form and short-form writing across multiple formats.
  • Experience writing content for digital marketing, SEO, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and product teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Creativity and persuasive messaging development.
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and basic HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling copy for a variety of channels including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, blogs, and marketing assets.
  • Produce both long-form and short-form content tailored to different audiences, industries, and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Optimize content for SEO, digital marketing, and paid media performance.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to develop high-quality, strategic content.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve existing content across departments including Product, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while prioritizing work using project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Leverage AI tools and performance data to improve content effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and experience humanizing AI generated content.
