About The Position

You’ll be the voice of LiveFlow . This is a creative, narrative-driven role focused on exceptional writing quality , clarity of thought, and storytelling. You’ll own all core copy across the company - shaping how LiveFlow sounds everywhere it shows up, from product launches and emails to website copy, conference messaging, and customer communications. You’ll work closely with founders, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to extract the right stories, sharpen the message, and turn complex ideas into simple, compelling language. This is about crafting words that feel human, confident, and precise - and building a coherent narrative that carries across every touchpoint. If you’re a natural storyteller, obsess over phrasing, and believe great writing is a competitive advantage, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing ability - clarity, structure, tone, and storytelling matter more than anything else.
  • 2+ years of professional writing experience in a startup/ fast-paced environment (copywriting, editorial, brand, media, communications, or similar).
  • Background in media, journalism, communications, or creative writing - with experience applying those skills in a commercial or product environment.
  • Strong narrative instincts - you know how to find the story and shape it.
  • Comfortable writing across formats: long-form, short-form, email, website, event copy.
  • Able to work from ambiguity - you can pull signal from conversations, docs, and context without needing rigid briefs.
  • High taste level. You care deeply about the quality of words on the page.

Responsibilities

  • Own LiveFlow’s written voice end-to-end across all major touchpoints.
  • Write and refine copy for: Website pages and product messaging Emails (marketing, product, announcements, internal-facing copy) Conference and event messaging (talk tracks, one-pagers, signage, narratives) Product launches and announcements Sales and customer-facing materials
  • Translate complex financial and product concepts into clear, compelling, human language.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent narrative and tone across channels - ensuring LiveFlow always sounds intentional, confident, and differentiated.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to gather context, ideas, and raw material - then turn that input into polished, high-quality writing.
  • Edit ruthlessly. Raise the bar on clarity, flow, and quality across everything we publish.
  • Own the words - while collaborating with designers, marketers, or agencies who bring visuals and distribution to life.
