About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Copywriter & Content Strategist to help connect our practices and providers with people who need our specialized care. This is a writing-first role, with approximately 70% of responsibilities focused on copywriting and content creation and 30% focused on strategy, planning, and optimization. You will lead the development of clear, compelling, high-performing content across referral, patient, and digital channels while helping shape the broader content roadmap. From long-form website pages and campaign messaging to provider profiles, patient education, email campaigns, and print collateral, your work will directly influence growth, engagement, and brand trust. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who can adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, simplify complex topics, and create persuasive copy that drives action. You are also strategic enough to understand how content supports broader business goals and customer journeys.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience in agency, in-house, or brand environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating long-form and short-form copywriting across multiple channels
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to write persuasive, audience-focused copy that drives engagement and conversion
  • Experience balancing creative execution with deadlines, feedback, and multiple priorities
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, content marketing best practices, and digital user behavior
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with marketers, designers, leadership, and subject matter experts

Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, conversion-focused copy across formats including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, patient materials, referral communications, and brand campaigns
  • Develop compelling messaging that reflects brand voice while adapting tone for different audiences, markets, and service lines
  • Translate complex healthcare and service topics into clear, approachable, consumer-friendly content
  • Edit and refine content from internal contributors to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life through strong copy
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars aligned with marketing priorities and growth initiatives
  • Conduct content audits and identify opportunities to improve performance, SEO visibility, and audience engagement
  • Partner with web, social, and field marketing teams on amplification and distribution strategies
  • Measure performance of content initiatives and recommend improvements based on results
  • Help establish scalable content workflows, standards, and best practices across teams
