We are seeking an Account Executive to work in a remote setting, focusing on outbound calls and/or inbound leads, and establishing broker relationships to originate non-QM investor residential loans. As an Account Executive with Visio, you will contribute to the Sales Department by working in a remote setting focused on inbound leads to originate loans. You will originate a portfolio of mortgage loans through the identification and development of relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers, and investors. Your responsibilities will include managing a pipeline with multiple prospects, analyzing potential loan markets, and developing referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
