About The Position
Garden State Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Design Sales Consultant to join our TEAM! As a Design Sales Consultant, you are an inside sales representative providing creative design and innovation ideas to each client ensuring customer satisfaction and providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client of the residential customer base both existing and through the cultivation of new relationships including tile contractors, kitchen/bath, residential home builders and remodelers, interior designers, and homeowners. This position offers a competitive base salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year with the potential for additional uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses based on sales performance, allowing top performers to earn significantly more. Just west of Morristown, New Jersey, conveniently located at 267 US Highway 46, Garden State Tile of Dover is only minutes from interstate US Highways 80 and 287. The state of the art showroom and wireless warehouse using Epicor's P21 technology provides expert design advice to residents, builders, contractors, and architects. Current scheduling for this position is full time 5 days a week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
