About The Position
Ramboll is looking for an experienced Strategic Pursuit Manager to lead the Environment & Health’s Sales & Tender team globally. The ideal candidate will be based in the UK or the US, but other locations are also considered. This role involves leading a team focused on strategic pursuits, working alongside colleagues in Commercial and Operational teams, key account managers, and Global Service Line Directors. The manager will organize bid teams, lead Qualification/Tender stages, and implement best practices across the E&H global business. The vision for bidding is to create a central team that delivers bidding excellence and helps win more strategic bids.
