About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and driven writer to join our NYC copy team as a Copywriting Fellow. This 4-month fellowship offers the chance to work on a wide variety of digital content—from paid social media campaigns to SEO and website copy—and provides an opportunity to transition into a full-time Junior Copywriter role. Ideal candidates are recent college graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with less than one year of professional copywriting experience. You’ll be responsible for producing copy that aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and clarity. You’ll work closely with senior team members and other departments, contributing to real ads that will be seen by thousands.

Requirements

You have between 1 and 2 years of professional copywriting experience.
You’re a wordsmith with a love for crafting compelling writing.
You’re a fast learner and eager collaborator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You care about boosting the growth of forward-thinking, mission-driven brands.
You live near New York City and are authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with fellow copywriters, designers and marketers on campaigns for both new and existing clients.
Create engaging ads for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Pitch new ad concepts and taglines for a variety of different brands.
Conduct audience research for upcoming brand launches.
Hone your craft through feedback and mentorship from senior team members.
Contribute to creative presentations and client-facing calls.
Work with marketers and learn how creative decisions impact ad performance.
