About The Position

The AI Workforce business—formerly known as Modern Work—drives transformation by embedding AI into the flow of work across Microsoft 365, Copilot, and agentic solutions. Copilot + Agents at Work is the primary solution play through which we design and execute the AI Go to Market priorities for the AI Workforce business area. This play empowers organizations to leverage the power of digital labor, reimagine processes and increase productivity by integrating AI into everyday workflows, from frontline to knowledge workers. To scale our execution and address the diverse requirements of our customers, we need a vibrant partner ecosystem with services and solutions that deliver on our AI vision. Partners serve not only as trusted advisors but also enable purchase and adoption of technology, guiding customers through AI transformation journeys and enabling them to unlock the full value of AI workforce solutions. We are looking for a Copilot Partner Go-to-Market Lead to lead this exciting market development effort by building partner capacity and driving through-partner go-to-market execution that will help us deliver on our AI revenue and usage growth ambitions. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct relevant market and partner research
  • Create the partner business strategy in alignment with the product strategy and to meet the key business goals. And translate the strategy into partner practice development and go-to-market motions.
  • Define the Partner value proposition and partner opportunity tied to the business strategy to help accelerate partner’s time to market with solution development and driving customer success.
  • Build and drive execution of partner go-to-market programs to accelerate attainment of Microsoft business goals by scaling through the partner ecosystem.
  • Measure & track progress across both Partner Go-to-market and Enablement programs and refine strategy and execution tactics based on measurement signals.
